All ticket income raised goes directly to the set up and running costs of putting on Colchester Anti Loo Roll Brigade and its on going mission to help people. Tickets are Valid for the event on Saturday 9th September 2023

EVENT TIMES:

The Anti Loo Roll Festival takes place at Lower Castle Park, Middle Mill from 1pm – 9.00pm. Last entry 6.00pm.
WEATHER POLICY:

There is no refund or exchange available – the event will go ahead regardless of rain etc. Please pack for all weather conditions.
UNLAWFUL RESALE OF TICKETS

The unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket is grounds for seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation.
SEARCHES:

Searches of people and patrons and bags will be required to go to the bag search lines. You may wish to avoid bringing bags as this should speed up entry.
ENTRANCE:

We have one entrance where your E-Ticket will be exchanged for a wrist band and your e- ticket will be scanned. Please note all tickets will be scanned at entry and anyone found trying to gain entry using a duplicate ticket will be refused entry
WRISTBANDS

All ticket holders over 5 and over will be issued with a wristband upon arrival which must be worn and on display while on the festival site. Festival goers found not wearing a Wristband or wearing an incorrect colour will be evicted from the site.
PHOTOGRAPHY & FILMING
Official Anti Loo Roll Festival photographers will be on site during the event. They will be identifiable by an ID card if you are unsure then please contact any member of our team. Our photographers and camera crew will be recording and taking photographs to be used in future publicity. This may include: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, our website, other social media and also publications such as newspapers and magazines. They may also take photos and post them on social media during the event. In addition members of the press, and TV production companies may also be on site.
We would love you to take your own photos, selfies and fun videos and include us @AntiLooRollFestival or tag us using #AntiLooRollFestival so we can share in the fun day we hope you will have.
When taking pictures please respect other people’s privacy and their right to not be photographed or filmed. If you do not wish to be featured let the photographer know. The organisers of the Anti Loo Roll Festival accept no liability for images used.
IMPORTANT RULES:

Proof of age ID is required when entering the site & when e-tickets are exchanged. Your ticket will be scanned on entry and you will be given an ALB festival wristband appropriate to your age. It is recommended that you bring Valid I.D. with you as we operate a challenge 25 policy and if you are unable to prove your age you may be unable to purchase alcohol on site (you would be given a junior wristband).

No dogs accept registered assistance dogs.

Anyone found with controlled substances will be refused entry to the site, their ticket will be cancelled & reported to the Police

Strictly No legal Highs. Anyone found with legal highs will be removed from the site

No glass permitted onto the site

Soft drinks and water must be in unopened sealed containers

No alcohol to be brought onto the site

Right of admission to the site reserved

There is no re-entry to the site

Due to our license, last entry is 6.00pm

Tickets are non exchangeable and non refundable

No Gazebos, tents, structures or tables. Picnic chairs are acceptable

Children 4 years and under are free but require a ticket

Children 13 years and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult who’s over 21, at all times
