By allowing a board to be placed outside your home, you'll be helping raise awareness of the festival and supporting our charity's fundraising efforts in the local community.
If you would like to host a board, please complete the application form below. Before applying, please make sure you are happy to follow the conditions listed on this page.
To be considered for a board placement, applicants must agree to the following:
• Permission must be given by the homeowner or person responsible for the property.
• The board must be placed only in a safe and suitable location where it will not cause obstruction or create a hazard for pedestrians, road users, or neighbours.
• The location must be visible from the road or public footpath where possible, so it can help promote the festival effectively.
• Applicants must allow access for the board to be installed and later removed by the appointed team or agency.
• The board may only remain in place for the agreed promotional period linked to ALB Festival 2026.
• If the board becomes damaged, unsafe, or unsuitable to remain in place, it may need to be removed without notice.
• Submission of an application does not guarantee that a board will be placed at the property.
• We reserve the right to decline applications where the location is not suitable or where placement is not practical.
